Presbyterian Women Officers Please be reminded that the Installation of Officers will be on Sunday, August 19th at 12:15PM in Westminster Hall. Beth Frost will cater the Luncheon and the cost is $6.00. Plan to come and bring a friend or two. There will be sign up sheets in the Commons beginning on Sunday, August 5th, or call the church office for Reservations. All PW are invited.

Presbyterian Women Synod Retreat October 26-2 Women…are you ready for a grand getaway to St. Simons’ Epworth by the Sea this fall? Presbyterian Women from GA, FL and SC are invited to partake of the special spiritual and leadership opportunities being offered at this Synod Gathering Oct. 26-28th. Many classes are available as well as special study and worship time. Carole Bechtel, the author of our new Bible study for 2007-2008, will be our Bible instructor. Brochures are available on the Commons Bulletin Board. If you are planning to attend, sign up on the Bulletin board and send in your reservation and housing forms with payment as soon as possible. Housing fills up quickly.
2007-08 Biblestudy Our Bible Study for the 2007-2008 year is “Above and Beyond: Hearing God’s Call in Jonah and Ruth”. We’re looking forward to a great year with the leadership of these dedicated women and ask for your prayers that all things will be for God’s Honor and Glory.

Soup Labels The Presbyterian Women are collecting Campbell Soup UPC codes from the soup labels for Thornwell Home for Children. Thornwell will use these to purchase needed school equipment such as a laminator and other items as the need arises. So as you eat soup, please save the UPC code for Thornwell.
